Please review this agreement carefully. By signing below or submitting this form, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the pricing, prepaid structure, and no-refund policy for callthe.bot.

Agreement Overview

By checking the box and submitting this form, you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms governing your use of callthe.bot, a prepaid, phone-based voice AI service.

You understand that callthe.bot is a prepaid, digital, intangible service delivered instantly upon purchase.
You understand the pricing model:
- $10 non-refundable setup/activation fee.
- $0.25 per minute of talk-time.
- Minimum $15 purchase for talk-time refills (60 minutes).
- Initial purchase minimum of $25 (setup + minutes).
You acknowledge that all payments are final and non-refundable.
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for prepaid, delivered services or unused minutes.
You understand that minutes are deducted while you are connected to the AI, even if you end the call voluntarily or experience issues caused by your carrier or device.
You understand that callthe.bot does not provide emergency services or professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
You agree to comply with the full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy posted on https://callthe.bot.
